Liz Miele's 3rd hour, "Self Help Me" focuses on her excessive traveling adventures around the world, how dating has changed for her now that she is in her 30s, and her family history of mental illness and self help a lot of jokes about her hair for some reason.

Miele is one to keep an eye on; her performance is charming, and most importantly of all, tremendously funny. This is my favourite kind of no-bullshit comedy, delivered by a very talented and charming performer. I left the show not only wanting to hear more of her unique view of the world, but with a definite new girlcrush – she’s relatable, real and very ‘now’. - London Theatre 1 (FOUR STARS)

Mind Over Melee is delivered virtually flawlessly. She whips from topic to topic in a seamless array of observation and introspection. Europe, acne, sex, cats and her own career are all discussed with equally excellent content and delivery. Gag after gag after gag flows without missing a beat. -  Broadway Baby (Four stars)

Mind Over Melee is a simple hour of incredibly well-penned gags. - Fest Mag (Four stars)

She explores physical and mental illness, suicide and racism- amongst other things. While these are certainly not the most obvious choices for comedy, Miele's style makes you forget this and the ease with which she moves between these difficult topics is astounding. - Edfringe Review (four stars)
